3. Review a video, article or book about LEARNING FROM FEEDBACK (choose one or more)
4. Read "The 5 Levels of Interpersonal Communication"

6. Please pay your workshop balance if you haven't already. An invoice will be sent via ZohoBooks
7. Schedule your lodging (if you won't be staying at home) and let us know if you need transportation help for Friday night. A few participants are able to help out with rides, and we can connect you.
8. If possible, schedule a bit of ease in your calendar immediately following the weekend—especially that evening and the following day. You may find you're a bit drained or not at 100% capacity for a few days after the workshop. Even though we'll be mostly sitting and talking, it's rigorous work!
- We're excited to talk to you more about your hopes and aspirations for the workshop and to help you get ready!
- Use this link to sign up for a 60-minute coaching slot. We'll use ~45 minutes of the hour.
- Try to choose a day between now and 2 weeks prior to the weekend.
- Before your appointment, remind yourself why you've signed up and what skills you're hoping to develop. Remember, this is a "learn by doing" course! Do some thinking prior to our call about some mini experiments you think might run during our T-group practice sessions.
- Knowing your goals and your initial ideas, your coach will help you come up with a plan. Our goal is have you feeling supported and well prepared as we head into our first session!
