You'll need to attend every session in its entirety. Please block your calendar now.
2. Secure your lodging
3. Please pay your workshop balance if you haven't already.
4. Schedule your pre-workshop virtual coaching call
5. Take notes on 3-5 "rough draft" learning goals. Bring these to your coaching appointment
6. Read "The Power of T-Groups and Experiential Learning"
7. Review a video, article or book about LEARNING FROM FEEDBACK (choose one or more)
8. Read "The 5 Levels of Interpersonal Communication"
9. Watch your email for a Liability Release Waiver from DropboxSign. We're happy to discuss it on your coaching call.

- Friday, May 2 -------- 4:00pm to 9pm — note: you'll each bring a potluck dinner contribution
- Saturday, May 3 --- 9:30am to 9pm — you''ll bring your own lunch; we'll supply snacks & dinner
- Sunday, May 4 ----- 9:30am to 6pm — you'll bring your own lunch; we'll supply snacks & hors d'oeuvres
- Try to schedule a bit of ease after the weekend—especially Sunday night and the following Monday. Allow some space for rest, journaling and self-care. You may feel a bit drained or not at 100% capacity for a few days. Even though we'll be mostly sitting and talking, you'll be doing rigorous work!

- Our sessions take place in a private airbnb near this location in Emerald Hills, CA.
- Let us know if you need transportation help Friday night. (Once together, you can discuss rideshare options for the rest of the weekend.)

- We're excited to talk to you about your hopes and aspirations for the workshop and to help you get ready!
- Use this link to sign up for a 60-minute coaching slot. We'll use ~45 minutes of the hour.
- Try to schedule your call 2-4 weeks before the weekend.
5. Take notes on 3-5 "rough draft" learning goals. Bring these to your coaching appointment
- Remind yourself why you've signed up and what skills you're hoping to develop.
- As you review the articles/videos below, think about behaviors you might experiment with in your T-group sessions.
- For specific ideas, you may review this goal-setting document.
- Bring your list to your coaching appointment. Your coach will help you craft an action plan for the weekend. Our goal is have you feeling supported and well prepared as we head into our first session!

- Difficult Conversations: How to Discuss What Matters Most book from the Harvard Negotiation Project (Stone, Patton, Heen)
