T-group methodology (the “T” stands for Training) is the basis for our workshops. It's a powerful experiential learning tool used at Stanford Business School, Yale School of Management and others in their famous "Interpersonal Dynamics" curriculum.
T-groups draw upon decades of research and practical application, yet each one is unique because of the participants who come together.
