- We are limited to 7 cars on site and are getting more details from the Airbnb host about additional parking options
- Please be inside ready to begin at 4:00.
- You're welcome to enter the house any time after 3:40. You can also hang out in the yard/patio/decks beforehand and enjoy the home's outdoor spaces.

What to bring for our sessions:
- Journal & writing utensil
- Water bottle
- Your learning goals (for your own reference)
- Comfortable clothes (including sweats, leggings, slippers, slipper socks, cozy fleece or wrap, lumbar pillow, etc., if you enjoy having any of those things)
- Favorite snacks/beverages without peanuts or almonds (peanuts & almonds are life threatening to 2 members. See additional allergy notes below)
- Lunches for Saturday and Sunday
- Absolutely NO alcohol or mood-altering substances please! (except coffee or tea)
- A dinner offering for our Friday night potluck
- Please bring a list of all ingredients to place by your dish, so people can confidently select what works for them and avoid what doesn't. Dietary restrictions in our group include:
- Peanuts, peanut oil = Life-threatening to a group member. Please do not bring into the space.
- Almonds, almond oil = Life-threatening to a group member. Please do not bring into the space.
- Other tree nuts: Walnuts, Pecans and Cashews don't need to be labeled. Other nuts should be labeled. Seeds are fine.
- Honey: allergy - please label (no need to keep it out of the house, just label)
- Dairy products - please label (Vegan and Dairy Free)
- Animal products (meat, eggs, etc) - please label (we have Vegetarian, Vegan, and a beef avoider)
- Gluten - please label

- An assortment of snacks and beverages (and if you need something special, please bring it)
- Saturday dinner

A note on Learning Goals
- In your coaching call, we probably brainstormed a range of ideas for how you might work on your goals.
- Please narrow down your list of things to work on to just 1-3 active goals you'll focus on in the beginning.
- You can certainly work on any of your goals. And, by coming with a shortened list of 1-3 things you'll pay the most attention to, it helps you identify and step into here-and-now experiments more readily and consistently. This will enhance your learning.
- You can revise your goals during the weekend
- We'll invite you to share 2-3 goals with the group Saturday morning. You can choose to publicize whichever goals you want to at that time.
If you aren't feeling well
- We hope everyone will be feeling healthy and energized! And, if you're not feeling well, here are our requests:
- If you have a cold, please plan to wear a well-fitting mask to protect others from coughs/sneezes. Please also take a Covid test before you enter the home, just to be sure.
- We'll have hand sanitizer, masks and a few extra Covid tests on hand
- If you have Covid or another serious illness, please do not come. Reach out to Jana ASAP at 650-291-1065.
